Sometimes practicing exposure or reflecting on anxiety can feel uncomfortable at first. That’s part of the process. But if distress feels overwhelming, pause, use a grounding exercise, and reach out:

  • For guided support: book a session with a Therapy Coach through the app.

  • Feeling mild distress during an exposure session is considered a normal response, again not a substitute for a licensed therapist.
