That’s completely normal. You can:

  1. Use QuickCalm’s grounding tools (breathing, panic-calm drills).

  2. Slow down and repeat earlier modules.

  3. Reach out to a Therapy Coach if you need extra guidance.

The program is designed to challenge you — but never to push you beyond your capacity.
